Ponta-Cabeça is a Glasgow-based project that shares traditional Brazilian cultures of resistance. Our events are open to everyone for dialogue and learning. We come together to share food, music, stories, body practices, ideas, art and more.

Mainumy beija flô de Mãe Preta
Experience Corpo que Canta with Mainumy Beija Flô de Mãe Preta, a Paraense artist whose work blends Afro-Brazilian musicality with Indigenous traditions. On 28 and 29 August, explore ancestral rituals, embodied expression, and community through live performance and immersive workshop experiences. Venue and ticket prices are TBC.
